Check out this video from from about minute 5 to about 25. If Dr. Smith can do this with outpatient surgery, imagine how much more impact we could have in Primary Care if we went to a Direct fee, non-third party model. The savings would be astounding and access improved because it would be independent of insurance coverage. Direct Primary Care practices are proving this daily all over the country.
